One day, Jesus’ disciples were in a boat during a big storm. The waves were crashing, and they were very scared. But Jesus spoke to the wind and the waves, saying, “Peace! Be still!” Immediately, the storm stopped. The disciples learned that they could trust Jesus, even in scary situations.
When you feel afraid, worried, or unsure, remember that God is with you. He loves you, listens to your prayers, and will never leave you.
“Dear God, thank You for loving me. Help me to trust You every day, even when things are difficult. Fill my heart with courage and peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Today, when something makes you nervous, say: “I trust You, God!”
